We understand that residents in 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺, 𝗚𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗸, 𝗞𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿, 𝗛𝘂𝗹𝘂 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗿 will face a scheduled water supply cut from  𝟱 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝘁𝗼 𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 due to maintenance and replacement works by Air Selangor. If you are affected by the water cut, here’s what we advise:

 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼:
- 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 of your CUCKOO Water Purifier to promote a more environmentally friendly habit and conserve electricity to prevent unnecessary energy wastage.
- 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 of your CUCKOO Water Purifier by turning the valve near the tap away from the tubing (not facing the same direction as the tubing).

 𝗔𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼:
- 𝗢𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗻 for a few minutes before using your CUCKOO Water Purifier. This is to clear out any stagnant / dirty / murky water from the main pipes.
